The essentials

This website does not collect personal data. It has no forms, sign-up, newsletter, analytics or metrics tools, tracking pixels or advertising, and it shares no information with third parties.

If you write to us

The only way to contact us is by email at hey@cyberdelia.es. If you write to us, we will process the data you choose to send (usually your name, your email address and whatever you tell us) only to reply and, if the conversation continues, to manage the relationship that follows.

The legal basis is your consent when you write to us and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or a contract. We keep those emails for as long as the conversation or relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law. We do not share them with third parties unless legally required.

Server logs

Like any website, the hosting server (IONOS SE (1&1 IONOS España S.L.U.)) may automatically log technical connection data, such as IP address and date, to keep the service secure and running. We do not use those logs to identify or profile anyone.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hey@cyberdelia.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
